Libo-on, organized a in-service training for their faculty members. “Thesis/Dissertation Advising, Panelling and Technical Editing” was held on June 25-26, 2020 at the Educational Media Center. Resource Speaker is Dr. Fely P. David, former dean of CPU School of Graduate Studies.
