THE UNIVERSITY REVIEW, CONTINUING EDUCATION AND CONSULTANCY CENTER (RCECC)

  • Created earlier on & mandated by the Board of Trustees to institutionalize review and public seminars in the University
  • Established only in June 2007
  • has been conducting various seminars, review classes, & short courses since then

The Review, Continuing Education and Consultancy Center has been offering Agriculture Review since 2007. Our track record has shown an average passing percentage of 55%. Moreover, our enrollment is steadily increasing every year.

We are aware of the need for licensed Agriculturists especially in Local Government Units. In fact, most of our reviewees have been Municipal Agriculturists and one of our board topnotchers who ranked 5th in the 2012 Agriculturist Examination is Mr. Renesito Labnao who is from Antique.

The Different Ingredients for SUCCESS in Board Exams:

Board Exam Performance is determined by the interplay of various factors, namely:

  • Quality of students through admission and retention standards.
  • Quality of regular class instruction.
  • Congruence of content of instruction with content of licensure exam.
  • The quality of review.
  • Faithful attendance & personal commitment of individual student in reviewing and preparing for exam.
  • Divine guidance & help.

Review Fee

  • Review Fee: 7,000 full payment(for the entire program which will include review materials and certificate of completion).
  • Php 7,500 installment payment for the entire program which will include review materials and certificate of completion.
The Schedule of Review:
Every Saturday (Whole Day) and Sunday (Afternoon Only) for the convenience of our reviewees who are working.
 
 In the event that the student drops from the review classes, he/she still needs to pay the full amount
  • REMINDER: please always show your official receipt (O.R) at the RCECC Office every time you pay at the CPU Business Office at Account Number 6931, to update your records.
  • Confirmed Honor Students/Cum laudes will be discounted at least 50% of their review fee.
  • Clearance will only be issued upon full payment of the review fee.
IMPORTANT REMINDER from the REGISTRAR’S  OFFICE:
  • Get your NSO authenticated BIRTH CERTIFICATE as early as you can. 
  • Make sure the data in you CPU records are the same as in your Birth Certficate.

Review, Continuing Education and Consultancy Center or (RCECC) in coordination with the College of Nursing and institution in Region 6 given by CHED a permit to operate and Nursing Review Center.

– with Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Permit to Operate No 014, Series of 2008.

  • Such licence is in accordance with the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 7722, otherwise known as the “Higher Education Act of 1944” and pursuant to the provisions of executive Order No. 566 directing the Commission on Higher Education to regulate the establishment and operation of review center.
  • This Executive Order review require review centers to affiliate with schools that are accredited recognized, and reputable.

  • Refresher Phase: April 22 – July 14,2019.
  • Intensive Phase: July 15 – Sep 30.
  • Final Coaching and Recapitulation: October 1, 2019.
 
Review Fee
  • Review Fee: Php 23,000.00 full payment.
  • Php 25,000.00 installment payment.
 
Schedule of payment for installment
1st down payment
  • Before January 12, 2019:  Php  5,000.00
  • On or before March 1        Php  5,000.00
  • On or before April 20         Php  5,000.00
  • On or before July 5            Php  5,000.00
  • On or before Sep 20          Php  5,000.00
                             Total           Php  25,000.00

AGRICULTURE REVIEW ENROLLMENT FLOW CHART

  • Step 1.  Secure Application Form at the RCECC Office.
  • Step 2. Present application for at the business office (window 1 or 2) and 50% of the entire Review Fee.
  • Step 3. Present your Official Receipt and Application Form with 1×1 picture and photocopy of your Transcript of Records to the RCECC Staff for validating and ecnoding (the RCECC Staff with stamp ENROLLED in the application form.)
  • Step 4. Secure personal copy of application form.
  • Step 5. Secure ID application form, fill up and proceed to the Information Center to apply for ID.
  • Step 6. Go back after three days to claim your ID at the RCECC Office and sign the receiving copy folder. 
 

YOU ARE NOW ENROLLED IN THE AGRICULTURIST LICENSURE EXAMINATION
REVIEW!

  • Present your Official Receipt at the RCECC Office every time you pay your balance for monitoring purposes.
  • See announcement for the schedule of payment.
  • Reviewees who have fully paid will be given a Certificate of Full Payment to be presented to the proctor during exam period.
  • Reviewees who are paying on installment basis are required to secure exam permit at the RCECC Office before taking the exam and shall submi a promissory note addressed to the director of the RCECC

NURSING REVIEW ENROLLMENT FLOW CHART

  • Step 1. Secure Application Form at the RCECC Office.
  • Step 2. Present application form at the business office (window 1 or 2) and pay the desired amount of the review. (Indicate mode of payment either Installment basis or Fully paid)
  • Step 3. Present your Official Receipt and Application Form with 1×1 ID picture to the RCECC Staff for validation and encoding. (The RCECC staff will stamp ENROLLED in the application form.)
  • Step 4. Secure personal copy of the application form. (Reviewees who have full paid shall be given a Certificate of Full Payment to be checked during exams. Just present the certificate to RCECC staff.)
  • Step 5. Secure ID application form, fill up and proceed to the Information Center to apply.
  • Step 6. Go back after three days to claim your ID at the RCECC Office and signed to the receiving copy folder.
